The Fair-Use Details (How We Protect Our Business): Because these are high-quality, fully functional electronics deployed outdoors, we ask for standard fair play on returns:

  • Condition: To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, the unit must be returned in good working condition, reasonably wiped down and free of heavy mud or lake debris, and include all original components and packaging.

  • Damage: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for units that have been subjected to severe physical abuse or neglect (e.g., run over by a lawnmower, dropped on concrete, or physically submerged beyond their weatherproof rating).

  • Restocking: Units returned with missing parts or requiring significant cleaning/repair to be refurbished may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
