We want you to confidently unbox your unit, set up the infrared tripwire or AI smart system on your shoreline, and put it to work. If it doesn't clear your target area of nuisance geese within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back for a refund.

How It Works:

• Watch It Work: Give the system a few days to condition the local flock to avoid the newly established boundary.

The Fair-Use Details (How We Protect Our Business): Because these are high-quality, fully functional electronics deployed outdoors, we ask for standard fair play on returns:

• Condition: To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, the unit must be returned in good working condition, reasonably wiped down and free of heavy mud or lake debris, and include all original components and packaging.

• Damage: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for units that have been subjected to severe physical abuse or neglect (e.g., run over by a lawnmower, dropped on concrete, or physically submerged beyond their weatherproof rating).

• Restocking: Units returned with missing parts or requiring significant cleaning/repair to be refurbished may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Shipping: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Shipping damages and fulfillment errors are rare, but if your Cyclops Sprayer arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please email us at sales@waterbugusa.com. We will jump on the issue right away to get things corrected for you.
