We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. If you need to return your EZveyor, here is how our process works:

• Return Authorization (RA) Required: Before sending any equipment back, you must contact us via email at support@waterbugusa.com, or over the phone at ‪(952) 213-7534, to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive specific return freight instructions. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

• The 30-Day Window & Condition Requirements: You can return your EZveyor within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the unit must be completely unused, undamaged, and unassembled. We cannot accept returns on equipment that has been deployed in water or mud, or used to transport materials.

• Return Freight & Fees: The original $300 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return freight logistics.

• Late Returns: If you need to make an authorized return after the 30-day mark, we can still accommodate you, though a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Shipping damages and fulfillment errors are rare, but if your EZveyor arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please email us at support@waterbugusa.com. We will jump on the issue right away to get things corrected for you.

Flat-Rate Shipping Due to the size and industrial nature of the equipment, we offer a flat-rate freight shipping fee of $300 on all EZveyor orders within the continental US.

Delivery Timeline Once your order is processed, your unit will ship via freight. While we work hard to get your equipment delivered as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are an estimate and not an absolute guarantee due to occasional, unforeseen carrier transit delays.
